An archive of agenda and minutes for Council, committee and sub-committee meetings. You can find documents either by searching by keywords or by browsing through committees. Once located, you can view documents within your browser. If a document is located by searching by keywords, you have the option of downloading extracts of documents, rather than the whole file.

Data Protection Statement

In following the council's data protection policy the following procedures are followed for publishing committee agendas and documents online.

We will mask out personal and business signatures, personal email addresses and personal telephone and mobile numbers, before publishing documents online.

If you notice something that causes you concern please email Democratic.Services@cambridge.gov.uk, providing details of the committee and agenda date and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
